Miro Lopasso, aka Boyca, is a queer Swiss-born, Berlin-based Techno DJ and producer known for his raw, physical, and industrially charged sound. Since his debut on Mord (2015), he has evolved from a rough industrial approach to a high-energy, floor-focused Techno driven by hypnotic depth and complex groove structures.
With releases on Creaked and LPS Records—and remixes by artists like Rrose and Stanislav Tolkachev—Boyca has refined his signature style of oscillating sound design and relentless rhythm.
His recent work on Berlin label “…is serving”, especially the The Necessary Substance (2025) EP, represents the pinnacle of his evolution: queer, dark, and high-octane Techno where distortion meets emotion and intensity turns into ritual.
Boyca embodies Techno as transformation—fierce, sensual, and unapologetically boundary-pushing.
